Creative Director: Radmen Niven
Art Director/Assets: Sam Silverman
Graphic Designers: Radmen Niven, Sam Silverman, Matt Steele, Owen Skye, Emilio Terrazas, Levi McInnis

For the 2020 campaign, our goal was to have consistency in our graphic visuals and videography/video styles.  Workable assets to utilize in recruiting that would be recognizable and stand out in a social feed.  For this task, we contracted Sam Silverman to work on the art direction and workable assets for our internal team to stay consistent throughout the year for all aspects of recruiting content as well as our 2022 class branding.

2020 Signing Day

Creative Director: Radmen Niven
Art Director/Assets: Sam Silverman
Music Rights: Top Dawg Entertainment, Reason

National Signing Day is the creative super bowl in content creation for college football.  My biggest goals was to stay consistent in our look/art direction.  We also wanted to to bring in a pop culture aspect of west coast/hip hop/devilish style with personal branding for each of our signees.  We had potential signees send iphone pictures of a art direction pose and created a consistent look.

2020 Offer Letters

Creative Director: Radmen Niven

Music Rights: Top Dawg Entertainment, Reason

August 1st is a huge day in the college football recruiting realm. We wanted to again, have cohesion in visual branding of our campaign and bring in a new aspect  to social content: organic motion design. We utilized Sam Silverman for art direction/assets in motion and created custom motion pieces for all of our offered 2021 recruits to include the state in the lower left hand corner as well as the position/recruiting coach on the throne to tie into the #21kings branding.

2020 Virtual Visit

Creative Director/Producer: Radmen Niven
DP/Producer/Videographer: Ty  Rogers

With Covid 19 creating a historic dead period not allowing any recruits on campus for official and un-official visits, the top priority was to produce and distribute a coaching staff video that would give a recruit/family/fan a first hand look of what makes ASU a special place. This includes 4 pro teams, sunshine, state of the art facilities, and a dynamic/flashy coach Antonio Pierce leading the visit.  We brought in Emmy award winning videographer Ty Rogers to bring in his skills in videography and cinematic expertise to execute the highest organic video piece for Sun Devil Football in 2020.

Photography

With some of the most unique uniform combos in college football and a unique location, my goal is to create cinematic, sharp photos with the Sony A7riii paired with G-Master lens.  On-campus recruiting photoshoots have to be different as well.  Utilizing multiple locations within the stadium as well as set building provides a unique experience for recruits.  Studio photography needs to be clean and easy for design themes.

Video/Videography

Invoke emotion is the goal for sports videography.  Hype. Chills. Run through a wall. Swag. Utilizing the Sony FS7 for maximum dynamic range paired with clean framing and utilizing voiceovers when needed.

Graphic Design

Utilizing elements via pop culture, environment, location and micro campaigns, my goal in graphic design is to create bold and aggressive design concepts to grab the audience.
